Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

During busy periods (such as promotions or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always aim to keep you informed.

Delivery method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24® or Royal Mail Tracked 48®, depending on the service selected or operational requirements.

Both services include tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 24® and Tracked 48® are aim-to-deliver services and delivery times are not guaranteed.

UK delivery

We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping costs

We offer flat-rate UK shipping of £3.99 per order.

This charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delays & courier issues

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or factors outside our control. Daily Edge Health is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will always assist you in resolving delivery issues where possible.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may need to charge an additional fee to resend the order.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if something is missing, contact us at hello@dailyedgehealth.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
